Archived the clinic's entire website before its old platform gets switched off — 27 pages, 27 images, 9 blog posts and a full redirect worksheet, all captured from the public site without touching the account.
💡 Lesson: Before you cancel any service, take a full copy of what lives on it — the site's own page list was two years stale and would have missed a third of the pages.

Wrote the full outreach plan for the manufacturer's new prospect list — an 18-day sequence, a nine-stage pipeline, and a second, easier ask built in for people who will never book a call. Nothing sent.
💡 Lesson: A stranger reads 'can we meet?' as a sales meeting — lead with something useful instead, and add an easier yes for the people who still will not book.

Built this manufacturer a contactable prospect list in one day — 108 decision-makers across 102 firms, with a verified email for 107 of them and a direct mobile or line for 85.
💡 Lesson: A list of company names is not a prospect list — the work is finding the one person at each firm who can say yes.

Opened a new customer type nobody had targeted — landscape design-build firms that both design AND build outdoor spaces, so they buy the structure rather than just draw it. Delivered 33 named firms across New York, New Jersey and the DC area. Nothing sent yet.
💡 Lesson: Ask your best customer who else they know — three referrals turned out to be a whole segment we had never put on a list.

a Fairfax Islamic-wellness clinic
Built the clinic's first week of social content in a day — seven posts, every claim traced back to a real source, plus its profile picture and cover banner cut from the only three genuine photographs the business owns.
💡 Lesson: Before paying for new pictures, look at what you already published — the one usable photo of the actual treatment room was sitting on the website the whole time.
