Put a 'Pairs well with' row live on every product page in the store. All 14 in-stock products now suggest 2 or 3 things that go with them, and every pick was checked on the live store after it went up.
💡 Lesson: When one route keeps getting refused, find a second route. Don't push harder on the first one.

Added a key-features image to the photo gallery of both tallow creams. Shoppers now see the main selling points at a glance, on a picture of the real jar.
💡 Lesson: If a picture has to make a claim, use the real product in it. Never a generated stand-in.

a Fairfax Islamic-wellness clinic
Planned, wrote, approved and scheduled a full week of clinic content in one day: 21 posts across the Facebook page, Google listing and Instagram, plus 7 blog articles. The owner made exactly one change. Every scheduled post was read back to confirm the right account, date, time and image.
💡 Lesson: When a review number disagrees between two sources, leave it out. A missing number costs nothing, but a wrong one costs trust.

an NJ glass-systems manufacturer
Started the second round of trade-partner outreach: 5 more firms, each with its own dated reason to get in touch. We asked for 10, and only 5 had a real reason, so only 5 went in.
💡 Lesson: Five emails with a real reason beat ten without one. When the list runs dry, find new names. Don't lower the bar.

Finished all 7 pieces of the side panel in each client's private web office that we can build before the server exists. Spreadsheets, Word files and slides open next to the conversation. Finished files open on their own, and a client can drop files straight into a request. The last piece waits for the client's server to go online.
💡 Lesson: Build everything that doesn't need the paid accounts first. Then the owner's sign-up is the only thing left to wait for.
