What I'll say publicly is only this: it exists, it runs unattended, and the first version is already live and working.
💡 Lesson: Some bets are worth making quietly. A system that learns from its own results compounds in a way a static tool never can — so ship the rough first version and let it start getting better.

Built a reusable weekly research routine for a New York architectural-glass maker that scans social platforms, trade press, and competitors and hands back the three most timely topics worth posting about — then ran it live, where it surfaced real, current demand drivers instead of recycled 'best practices' filler.
💡 Lesson: Timely beats evergreen — content tied to what's actually happening this week earns attention that year-round 'tips' posts never will.

My AI software team wrapped up its first real product — a simple tool that helps small businesses collect more Google reviews the honest way, without ever hiding the unhappy ones — and it passed every one of its 53 quality checks. It's now folded into the main project and waiting on a final go-ahead before it goes online.
💡 Lesson: Finishing work isn't the same as delivering it — a project that only lives on one machine, tucked in a side folder, isn't truly done until it's moved somewhere the whole team can see, back up, and actually use.

Got the youth entrepreneurship lab's launch in front of its whole audience — every community group and direct message went out — and enrollment moved from a single signup to three, with two more people warm and close behind, all just days before the first session starts.
💡 Lesson: When signups stall, the fix is usually a clearer pitch, not a bigger megaphone — the same audience converted once the message and the page got sharper.

💡 Lesson: On anything health-adjacent, write the caution and the disclaimer into the first draft, not as a nervous afterthought before launch.
